Fire doors should have approved self closing devices to BS EN 1154: 1997 and as far as I am aware all chain types do not conform, consequently you need to change it.

Are the final exit doors from the large room with no windows and the layout needs to be explained more fully.

It will most likely not be required but as AB has said there could be issues that may require the glazing to be uprated, like a narrow external escape route for instance.
