Fire door gaps

The gap between the door frame and the door leaf on both sides/top of the door is 3mm +/- 1mm, this also applies in the area of the lock. The gap at the threshold of the door should be 3mm or a smoke seal fitted as well as the sides and top.

I need to fit a fire door to a 1st floor flat. As normal, the door opens inwards but because the inside floor is not level, the bottom of the existing door has been shaved at an angle to allow the door to open fully. This means there is a 7mm. gap on one side when the door is closed. It is a major operation to level the floor. Is there another solution?
