I just been elected Health and Safety rep.I would like to what would be the reasonable size for fire safety signs as we find it hard to identify the signs under normal conditions.Is there a legal requirement as to what the minimum size shouldbe.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated

What signs are you referring to, is it "Fire Safety Signs" or is it "Escape Route Signing" check out http://www.firesafe....it-signs/#intro for an overview of escape route signing.
All my responses only apply to England and Wales and they are an overview of the subject, hopefully it will point you in the right direction and always treat with caution. Scotland and Northern Ireland has differing legislation
