In my 6 storey building of offices on floors 5 to 6 there are no automatic fire detection systems on these floors but call points. The fire doors on these floors have a 8mm gap with no Instumicent strips or cold seals. However the landing past the fire door do have sensors. Do the doors conform?? 

Fire doors are to prevent a fire and the product of combustion spreading, fire alarms are to alert the occupants there is a fire in the building. The fire doors are not acceptable the gaps are too excessive they should be 3mm +/- 1 mm and fitted with intumescent strips/cold seals. Only call points may be acceptable this will depend on your fire risk assessment.
