Tom Sutton Posted January 9, 2016 Report Share Posted January 9, 2016 You need to give more information about the premises but under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 only the common areas are subject to an FRA and if your front door opened onto the common areas then this door would be subject but not your flat.
