Tonyc8310 Posted Thursday at 10:20 Report Posted Thursday at 10:20 In some of our care homes we are having fire stopping of breeches undertaken. The contractor is affixing labels on compted work and issuing a full report of where/what has been applied with photographic evidence. My question is, can we redocorate the areas and cover the labels as we have documentation to support what has been done? Similar to a 'golden thread system'. The labels do not look appealing in a setting that is akin to a homely atsmosphere! Thanks Quote
AnthonyB Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Ideally not although it isn't 'prohibited'. You should check with the fire stopper to see if it could affect any warranty they may have given. Quote
Mike North Posted 9 hours ago Report Posted 9 hours ago You could take a general image of the area to show the general location, then a close image of the label details before you remove the labels Quote
