May 13, 20242 yr comment_42785 Looks like a pretty standard cladding & latent defect exclusion that virtually all standard fire risk assessors PI have. Cover for this is difficult to get and costs a capital amount of money which is why firms doing FRAEW reports charge an extortionate amount of money. Report
