Will an iosh managing safely refresher be viable? Could I get more details on this? Does it cover everything he needs, such as fire safety? Report

No. Whilst in similar fields Health & Safety and Fire Safety are different and the syllabus of most H&S courses (including IOSH Managing Safely) would not be suffcient for them to understand their duties under fire safety legislation.
