October 29, 20214 yr comment_22168 Hi My daughter has moved into a flat within a converted pub which was finished at the start of this year. There are 5 flats in total and all of a key operated lock on the front door and the landlord is saying they are fine & he is allowed to install them. I was under the impression that they had to be locks that didn’t need a key to unlock from the inside or at I thinking about something else? Thank you. Jamie Report
