Hi,

I’m about to rent out my 3 story property to a married couple so not a HMO. I’ve measured the doors to all bedrooms/habitable areas and they are 44/45mm thick (FD30).

Do they need self closing mechanism? I imagine it is recommend, but is it a legal requirement?
