September 30, 20187 yr comment_12696 Hi Everyone I hope you can help. I am refurbishing my flat for renting and I wondered if I am required to have fire doors on sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms. The previous doors were not fire doors but hollow doors so can I simply replace them more solid doors. Thanks Report

October 1, 20187 yr comment_12706 Helena you need you need to give much more information, the layout of the flat, how many floors, which floor is your flat on, is the building control involved, as there is a very good chance they should be, and finally is the premises a Purpose Built Blocks of Flats or a converted house.
