Tom Sutton Posted September 3, 2018 Report Share Posted September 3, 2018 I am not aware of any legislation covering the use of gas heaters in smoking areas in pubs/clubs other than the FSO, considering that the smoking area is likely to be on land belonging to the RP. I would think you need to apply risk assessment policy the same as the remainder of the premises.
