Tom Sutton Posted August 24, 2015 Report Share Posted August 24, 2015 (edited) You should inform his landlord/freeholder because he/she will be a Responsible Person as defined by the fire safety order and if things go pear shaped it will be the landlord in the dock answering the questions from the man with a curly wig.
