Hi There,

We have an Accessible WC and a door to the general WC’s of the main restaurant space; can you tell me if these need to be 30 minute fire rated for building regs?

    Is the toilet a dead end situation and is there any fire risk in the toilet, in nearly all cases the answer is NO so why would you require a 30 minute fire door protecting the escape route from the toilet?
