Guest RomNel
Hi there, I have started a new job for the Church of England. the Bishop has asked for a ceramic tile, which has 'Welcome' on it, to be placed on a fire door. I think I can stick the tile to the small glazed panel. Is this OK to do?
Tom Sutton
I see no problems fixing it to the fire door but the small glazed panel it depends on the reason for the glazed panel. It could be a vision panel for the safety of occupants and fixing a ceramic tile could reduce the vision.
Guest Mary Jones
Our Church Hall is currently being refurbished for worship and community purposes. Once you come through the main entrance you are in a foyer and double doors lead into the large hall. The double doors going into the hall are hardwood pattern 10's (one large opening) - not fire doors. My question is - should they be fire doors? All other doors going off the hall are half hour fire doors. Thanks Mary
Tom Sutton
Are there any other doors, other than the hall, off the foyer?
