April 19, 201412 yr comment_6266 In an HMO who is responsible for ensuring that all tenants respect fire doors? The fired door to the communal kitchen is blocked open 24/7. The tenant of many years' standing refuses to have it closed even at night. The landlord does not want to intervene, he has asked me to keep the peace rather than advise his tenant to allow the door to be closed! Report
