Would you suggest a FRAEW in the absence of any in-built, Reg 38 documents? Premise operates a stay put flats with Grade LD2 non linked between flats and a communal L3. Obviously the current stay put flats could be jeopardised by the potential external fire/smoke spread from the timber fascia.
