    Can I ask if Tom Sutton's last post refers to the amount of paint coats over time allowed on a fire door in general, or is just referring to the amount allowed on a front door handle and letter box (or just the amount for a front external fire door)? Would be good to know asap as I'll be painting some fire doors soon and they were previously painted once, so likely have 2 coats on already.
