Hi,

I look after a block of thirty flats over two floors, we are having our lift updated so it will be out of use for approximately two weeks, to help our elder residents we were thinking of installing a temporary stair lift up 4 flights of stairs. However as this is a fire escape route would we be entitled to do this.
