Guest SarahBac Posted January 26, 2012 Report Share Posted January 26, 2012 I have been informed by the contractor who installed Fire Door Cupboards to the electrical intake cupboards under the stairs in the communal areas that the intumescent strip is over and above regulation requirements for fire rating in that area.
