June 10, 20214 yr comment_20408 Maglocks are Extra Low voltage (12/24v) So they are usually powered from a power supply (Usually a large white box) I would suggest you find it and make sure it has mains going to it, (Usually a small green light) the other possibility is that it has batteries and these have gone flat and are dragging the power supply down There is also the vague possibility someone has pressed one or all of the green manual override points Report
