THERE IS A ENTRANCE/EXIR DOOR 1MTR WIDE FOR DISABILITY ACCESS, HOWEVER IT WOULD OBVIOUSLY BE USED AS A FIRE EXIT SHOULD THERE EVER BE A FIRE.

THERE IS A RAILING 1 MTR FROM THE DOOR SWING IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, IS THIS LEGAL
