January 21, 20215 yr comment_19054 Hi I am renovating a 2nd floor flat in a block to rent. I understand the front door must be a fire door. What about internal doors? There is no external fire escape. Report

February 5, 20215 yr comment_19197 I have recently bought a flat to rent out. It is a purpose built 4 storey block built in 1985. Mine is on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms. All the internal doors are heavy 450mm doors. The all face the internal hallway which leads to the front door exit which is into a communal entrance area. I am replacing the internal doors. Should they all be FD30 because the existing doors all seem to be at least this standard?. Thanks Report
