Lost the keys to my Phoenix 2000 Series Data Safe

Featured Replies

Hi i have a Phoenix 2000 Series Data Safe but have lost the keys for it.

Can i get a spare set?

We are able to supply additional keys for Phoenix safes, however due to the nature of the products Phoenix require proof of purchase before a new key will be released.

After the proof of purchased has been recieved we will require the serial number fom your safe so they we can have the correct key cut for you.

I have today been given an old open safe without the key as the key was lost years ago; I can use the safe with the digital numbers but I would like the key too as extra security … I do not have proof of purchase or invoice etc as the giver of the safe discarded it many years ago… I wonder if you could help …

You would need to contact a locksmith to make a key, as Phoenix safes would require proof of purchase.  It may be cheaper to buy a new safe from a DIY store than to call a lock smith.
