June 27, 20169 yr comment_9007 Access to this space is extremely limited. Can you suggest an expanding foam that would be suitable and meet fire regulations? I have been advised by building control that rockwool insulation wrapped in 'chicken wire' should have been placed between my loft conversion floor and the ceilings below. Steve Report
June 28, 20169 yr comment_9010 Fire resistant PU foam is not suitable for what you propose it's recommended application is for window setting (where a clean and controlled backfill is required), entrance door linings, any kind of small breakthroughs in walls and other cavities.
