We are seeking advise on fire curtains. As a property manager are we required to carry out service of fire curtains? How does this fall within current regulations and requirements of rental properties?

    I assume you are talking about the normal curtains found in rented property as a fire curtain is a particular piece of fire safety equipment. Any upholstered furniture or fittings has to comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations but not the curtains.
