Tom Sutton Posted January 25, 2014 Report Share Posted January 25, 2014 I have never heard of a critical escape route, means of escape (MoE) has many rules for ensuring it is available at times, it may be required, but that term is new to me. You have the MoE which is usually the normal way in and out of the premises and an alternative MoE which is a way out of the building when the normal way out is blocked.
