Home Office- A guide to making your small non-domestic premises safe from fire

Hi All, 

where it states that the premises must be no  more than basement, ground and first floor, is that the only parameter? 
So ground , first and second floor would not be permitted under this guidance ?

That's correct - you would have to use the appropriate full Home Office guide - Offices and Shops, Places of Assembly, etc
