September 22, 201213 yr comment_2882 Hi Tom Just a quick question with hopefully a simple answer...block of purpose built flats with a service riser going through each bathroom. The soil pipe from the WC in each bathroom goes into the riser. An access panel to the riser is required in each bathroom. What level of fire resistance does the access panel require, i.e. FD30, FD60, FD30S, FD60S? Looked at Approved Doc B but it's confusing! Scott Report
