All flats have certified fire door systems to protect the communal area as one flat is in the roof. I plan to rent my flat out and I am unsure of the fire regs governing the other doors in my flat (kitchen, lounge, bedrooms X2) . The kitchen does not have a door. It's noted that the flat is first floor and under 4.5m from the ground maybe around 3m and there is means of escape from both bedrooms onto flat roofs.
