I have a query surrounding requirements of works on buildings above 18m high (High risk building) and the Building safety act 2022. i am looking for clarity whether we would need to register with the Building Safety Regulator for the overlay on the roof. Overcovering the existing roof with a new liquid applied roofing system, Replacement of the perimeter handrail and some Associated minor work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
