Bathroom fire doors? Kick plates?

Hi,

I am trying to find answer to the below and nothing seems clear to me in the regulations?

1. Can I install kick plates on existing fire doors? (F30, flat entrance)

2. Due to a water damage I need to change bathroom door in a flat. There is a boiler in this bathroom - do I need fire doors? It's an open plan living room-kitchen and bedrooms. Bedrooms and entrance to a flat have fire doors.

I'd appreciate your help.

Thank you.
