  1. Old / Nominal Fire Doors

    Hello there, I was wondering if you could give me some advice please. We live in a block of 2x6 flats that were constructed in around 1991/92 and my question is regarding the absolute legal requirements regarding each flats entry door. The doors have no fd30 markings, they are 6 panel doors and around 44mm thick and heavy, with no intumescent strips, 3 hinges and perko closers and a standard letterbox with a spyhole. Any advice you could offer would be appreciated. Regards Mark
