The decorative wooden planks along the side of these buildings Are these to be treated as cladding & need to get tested ?Or what would you suggest ? Thanks

Concierge desks with parcels & lots of paper etc which are often not enclosed or even if they are the window hatch that opens up is normally flimsy & not considered a Fire resistant hatch - What would the recommendation be for these areas as they are almost always directly on the path to the main entrance / exit by their very nature... Same again for waiting areas close to the concierge sites, often with magazines, pamphlets etc right alongside to the main entrance/escape routes what recomendations should be given in these situations ? TIA

Whats needed to undertake to create a Fire Evacuation/Fire Safety Plan for a purpose built block of flat (with commercial spaces & a car park at the basement)

Good morning, A new purpose built block of flats 4 storeys plus a penthouse so 5 floors in total new build with a total of 7 flats with a stay put policy in place The block has smoke detectors & sounders which also activates the AOV - 1) what would your advise be with regards to the sounders 2) The detection is on the wall rather than centrally placed on the ceiling 3) The fire alarm panel is inside the water riser instead of in the entrance lobby & they wanted to put a note on the water riser stating the alarm panel was inside Looking for thoughts/advise on all three points please Kind regards Eli-G
