  1. Fire Door Inspection

    I have a requirement for 150 to 200 fire doors to be inspected. I would prefer to sub contract this to 'Fire door inspector' and get it done correctly, however the first response from my MD will be 'can we do it cheaper in-house'. I would like to be able to quote some legislation or a British standard which states that the person has to be qualified, is this the case ? His second response is likely to be 'what is the cost of getting someone internally qualified ? and who can this be done by?' He is as tight as a ducks behind, thanks in advance !
