June 2, 201511 yr comment_7571 Hello, I followed all the instructions to remove the fire alarm. However, even though I turned off the power source, the red light keeps flashing every minute, and the alarm keeps beeping a few times. Is everything all right as long as the green light is off, or should I do something else? Thank you! Report
June 7, 201511 yr comment_7578 Hi Meursault As soon as you turn the power off, the green light, which indicates 'mains power on' will be replaced by a red light, which indicates 'power cut-off' and the unit will beep (powered by the internal backup battery).
