Fire doors on flats

Hello everyone,

I recently went to start renting a flat but have decided against it in safety reasons.

The main concern is that the front door of the flat is not a fire door despite leading onto a communal corridor with another flat and is badly fitted with big gaps around the edges.

The attached photos show the gaps and the type of door.

Can someone please confirm whether or not the door violates fire safety regulations.
