Hi. Can anyone advise on the following? In a pre-1991 conversion of 2 flats on the first floor, the doors to flats are 44mm thick and appear solid and in good condition. Do they need to be upgraded with intumescent/smoke seals and a door closer. There is a very low risk of fire in the shared communal area.
