Guest AndreaB Posted August 17, 2012 Report Share Posted August 17, 2012 i want to report someone for not displaying fire safety instructions or having any fire extinguishers at hand in an apartment block i just moved out of, im not sure if your the right people to contact if not could you point me in the right direction. Safelincs Posted August 17, 2012 Report Share Posted August 17, 2012 Hi Andrea If it is a HMO, you ought to contact your council (usually the H+S department) who issues certificates to HMOs. Alternatively, you can contact your fire service. The fire services are responsible to police that Fire Risk Assessments have been correctly carried out.
