I moved into a new 3 storey property in 2010, I rent this from a housing association. The property has fire doors on all floors. Should the HA be inspecting these annually ? They never have. I have asked them but they said no, they only inspect fire doors in communal areas and not single households. This doesn’t seem right, advice appreciated.
