  1. Hi, thanks Mike. We are keeping it for visitors/contractors just not everyone else. We are also working on the basis that visitors/contractors will be escorted/supervised anyway. Thanks R
  2. Hi all, strange one. In every place I have worked previously there has been a sign in sheet for people on site. With opening up post COVID, we are keen to remove bottle necks into the site for more limited distancing. We have been requested to remove sign in process, prior to COVID, we did not have a sign in system either and relied on fire marshalls through the buildings. With less people on site due to gradual reopening, we do not have fire marshall presence. We do swipe in and in theory could interrogate the system but: This would mean someone accessing the system and printing off a register when really they should be exiting the building We haven't got the capability of reading via cloud yet but may have in 2 month's time We have multiple entry/exit points, not all have a swipe activation We will not have the same amount of people on site nor possibly the same number of fire marshalls So, this may not be the belt and braces approach some people would prefer to see in their own locations BUT is this: Legal? I can't see anything to say it isn't Adequate? Please don't respond saying we shouldn't etc, as stated, previously we had no register either... Thanks Richard
