Hi I bought two years ago a number of Safelincs extinguishers with ten year warranty. I just wanted to buy some more but it looks as if you have discontinued some of the units. Do you still offer extinguishers with ten year warranty?

We are extending part of the house and are letting bedrooms for holiday guests. We were told that we have to install a couple of extinguisher. No problem so far. But one of the companies we rung insisted that we had to get them installed by them and that it would be illegal to install ourselves. What is the difference of me hanging an extinguisher on the wall compared to a 'specialist'???

We have extended our living space into the loft area above the garage. The toilet pipe goes through the ceiling of the garage and we need to protect the pipework from carrying flames from the garage into the toilet area. Are we allowed to place a pipe collar within the ceiling rather than on the underneath of the ceiling?
