    Hello, can anyone help with this please? we live in a flat which is a large converted house (8 flats). All flat owners are part of the management team. We have had a fire risk assessment completed but wanted to know is any of this a legal requirement, Most comments have the word 'recommended' by the side. Also is our buildings insurance affected by any of the comments? thank you sarah
