Hi, I am a university undergraduate psychology student currently studying the development of the fire and carbon monoxide systems currently available on the market. I am looking to understand the psychological attachments people have with detection systems, and looking at theoretical ways to improve the user interaction with those systems. If you could take 10 minutes out of your time to complete these two surveys, it would greatly help my research. The first survey is simple and only has 5 questions. The second survey is known as a Kansei engineering survey, and concentrates on the emotional attachments we have to the shape and form of different alarm systems.
