Nothing in the manual states what could be the problem witha short interval like that. Mains supply is good (green light). Changed battery, still Blips. Replaced with brand new unit, same happens again as soon as I slot it in. Please note, it's not the Allarm-Sound like long Beeps, but rather just a short Blip. Was the Base plate changed as well? Nothing has changed there and as I mentioned, the green (power) light is constant when I slide the alarm in. I have also measured the voltage on the Base-Plate, and all OK at 248V.
