I thought all fire extinguishers had to be red to conform with EU regulations?

    To conform to the British Standard BS EN 3 you need to install red extinguishers. However, if your insurance does not stipulate this standard then stainless steel extinguishers can be installed and certified to the portable extinguisher maintenance standard BS5306 (where the engineer commissions and installs the units at your premises).
