November 26, 20205 yr comment_18589 Hi. I have installed a total of 8 SW1-R & 1 HW1-R alarms in a property. After a year the customer has complained that they are all going off approximately every 3 days. There are no low battery warnings. I have been back and checked all connections, hovered out the units and changed the batteries for good measure. They are still going off and the customer said 'they sound 3 times and stop' (customer words) I fit loads of these and haven't had this before so any help is greatly appreciated Report
