Guest Mr Cornwall Posted August 27, 2020 Report Share Posted August 27, 2020 Hi, I've just replaced 2 x Kidde Firex KF10R's with the same type. Before installing, I checked the voltage to the units-both read 235 volts, I checked for continuity between both units on the interlink cable & it was OK. However, the 'master' unit (the 1st unit on the mains supply circuit) is not showing the green LED whereas the 'slave' unit is showing the green LED. I have swopped the units over & the same situation arrises.
