Hello there.

I have six months ago bought a flat not very old and it's run by a company service charges ECT . A company from Bournemouth came down and assessed all the door s . Mine wasn't able to get in as it wasn't an arranged appointment. They told me my door needed realignment closer adjust and plastic lipping? What is plastic lipping

I have had the door realignment done and it's perfect.yhey wanted to charge me a lot of money which I was opposed to obviously safety is important. Do I need to get it signed off by an appropriate fire person??
