New Door Handles

Hi,

Our client has asked us to give them a quote for 4 x new handles and latches to be fit high on the leaf of 4 x doors and also upside down so the handle would work by pushing it upwards, I cannot find any info as to whether this would be acceptable. The locks and handles would be fire rated and installed with intumescents.
